With shifting consumer preferences and habits, companies must adapt and develop the right approach to maintain and increase customer engagement. In this study, we use sentiment analysis to understand consumers' views on digital marketing strategies in the post-pandemic era. Comment data from social media, product reviews, and other online platforms were collected and analyzed to identify consumer sentiment towards various aspects of products and services. We also created a sentiment dictionary that includes positive, negative and neutral words relevant to the products and services offered. The results of the sentiment analysis showed that there were diverse consumer views towards the products and services. Some consumers respond with positive sentiments, while others show negative or neutral sentiments. Positive comments can be a valuable asset in building brand credibility and attracting potential customers, while negative comments can be used as an opportunity to improve product quality and customer service. Sentiment analysis also underscores the importance of customer experience in the face of changing consumer behavior. An easy, practical and responsive online shopping experience goes a long way in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sentiment analysis is an effective tool in understanding consumer views and needs in the post-pandemic era. This study aims to investigate the role of transformational leadership in driving organizational innovation and creating competitive advantage. In a corporate context, we collected data from 100 team members, including managers, technical staff, and innovation-related departments. The data were analyzed using path analysis techniques to examine the relationship between the variables involved. The results of path analysis show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the level of organizational innovation. Leaders who adopt a transformational leadership style are able to inspire and motivate team members to innovate, creating a work environment that encourages creativity and new ideas. Furthermore, organizational innovation also has a positive and significant influence on the level of competitive advantage of companies in a competitive market. Successful innovation can provide a distinct competitive advantage for the company, differentiating it from competitors in the market. In addition, the results of the path analysis also show that most of the effect of transformational leadership on the firm's competitive advantage is explained through its effect on the level of organizational innovation. Blockchain technology has become an attractive solution to address challenges in the supply chain by improving transparency, security, and process efficiency. This abstract explores the application of smart contracts model for process automation in the supply chain as a viable method to achieve efficiency optimization. In the smart contracts model for process automation, companies can use smart contracts to automate various aspects of business, such as payment, delivery, inventory monitoring, and product tracking. Through smart contracts, business processes can run more efficiently, as they do not require manual checks and time-consuming approvals. In addition, the high transparency generated by blockchain technology allows all relevant parties to view and verify data easily. The results of implementing smart contracts in the supply chain show an increase in efficiency, responsiveness, and reliability of business processes. The use of smart contracts also helps increase trust between companies, suppliers, and business partners in the supply chain. By leveraging blockchain technology, all transactions and events can be securely recorded and verified in a decentralized manner, reducing the risk of disputes and unauthorized data manipulation. However, the implementation of smart contracts requires close collaboration between all stakeholders and special attention to security and code quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of inclusive organizational culture implementation on employee performance and the company's competitive advantage. The data used is secondary data which includes the level of implementation of inclusive culture, employee performance, company competitive advantage, and the level of employee satisfaction with inclusive culture. The analysis method used is Pearson correlation analysis to test the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis indicate a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of an inclusive organizational culture and employee performance. The higher the level of inclusive culture implementation, the better employee performance is achieved. This finding indicates that an inclusive culture creates a work environment that stimulates and supports creativity, which has a positive impact on employee productivity and dedication. In addition, the analysis also revealed a significant positive relationship between the implementation of an inclusive organizational culture and the company's competitive advantage. Companies that prioritize inclusive values have advantages in facing competition in the market, such as product or service innovation, superior product quality, customer satisfaction, and corporate reputation. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation was found between the implementation of an inclusive organizational culture and the level of employee satisfaction with the culture. Employees feel more satisfied and comfortable working in companies that implement an inclusive culture, which contributes to better employee retention and increased loyalty to the company.
