Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan program magrib mengaji atau sering disebut denggan GEMMAR di  Medan Johor. (2) bagaimana Metode yang diterapkan  dalam meningkatkan  minat membaca  dan menghafal Al-Qur’an. (3). Apa saja yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program Magrib mengaji. Penelitian ini berlokasi di pangkalan mansyur, Kec Medan Johor, Kota Medan Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan  deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu guru, tahfizh raudhatussholihin Medan Johor dan Koordinator tahfizh Raudhatussolihin Medan Johor. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menggumpulkan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun proses analisis data dengan cara  reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program magrib mengaji di Tahfizh Raudhatussholihin Medan Johor sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dilakukan sebelum magrib kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan ibadah sholat magrib secara berjama’ah dan dilanjutkan kembali dengan menghafal Al-Qur’an. Adapun yang menjadi peserta dalam magrib menggaji adalah Anak-Anak Sekolah Dasar.
